The world has constantly faced challenges that have led to joint efforts from all regional actors to find the most appropriate solutions to them. In times of crisis, concrete actions are needed to train resources so that the positive impact to be felt in the medium and long term. Public discourses on global issues (economic crises, pandemics, territorial disputes, armed conflict, climate change, forced digitalization, terrorism, etc.) have been intensifying in recent times, which also call for the strengthening of scientific concerns in these directions.
The dynamism of national and global events requires rapid responses from governments. Territories can become stronger through cooperation and effective policies. The 2022 edition of EURINT Conference Series focuses on the discussions related to the territorial dynamics, in the context of the appearance of various challenges, as well as those regarding the recovery policies at different levels of spatial scale are of real interest.
The conference welcomes contributions on the following topics (not being limited to these only):

  • Institutional transformations in times of crisis
  • Human capital, cooperation and resilience
  • The role of governance in economic recovery
  • Dynamics of the European labour market
  • Regional development: from national to European policies
  • The EU Green Deal – trajectories towards more sustainable economies

  • Legal frameworks of EU’s interactions

ELIGIBILITY
This event welcomes everyone interested in enhancing their research skills in European studies and in contributing to developing a transnational network of contacts and cooperation. During the two-day conference, an exciting academic programme, featuring renowned international experts and keynote lectures, will be offered to our participants: PhD candidates, post-doc fellows, researchers, civil society activists, NGO representatives, consultants, policy advocates and many more.

BENEFITS
The presented papers will be published either in CES Working Papers or in the Conference Proceedings (indexed in numerous international databases).
