Additional information is available at www.osf.am website or by phone 53-67-58; 53-38-62.

Selection Procedures

Selection for the fellowship is highly competitive and is a three stage process:

1. Evaluation of applications (based on the application form in Appendix 2) by outside of the Foundation experts in relevant fields.

2.Participation of shortlisted applicants in a pre‐fellowship mandatory seminar to discuss and fine‐tune proposed policy research questions and provide a stronger linkage to the current policy context wherever necessary. The seminar is meant to become a platform/forum where policy researchers will strengthen their project designs through peer‐learning and discussion. At the end of the seminar applicants will submit final applications with appropriate revisions wherever necessary.

3.OSF Armenia Board makes final decision based on applications. Finalists will be announced by June 1, 2016. Note that participation in the first two stages, doesn’t necessarily guarantee granting of the fellowship at the third, final stage of selection process.

To be considered for the Policy Fellowship, applicants should submit a research proposal, resume and sample of previous work (preferably related to the proposed field of research) to register@osi.am by 5 pm, on March 25, 2016. For additional information, please attend the Information Session held on March 10th, 5.00 p.m., Golden Tulip Hotel, Oval Hall.
