The University of Queensland is offering international science scholarship for students who are pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate, and graduate science courses at the campus.
The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of student’s academic performance (based on the academic credentials you submitted in your UQ Faculty of Science program application) and their capacity to create change and contribute to science (based on the personal statement you submitted in your scholarship application).
The scholarship is open for all science subjects including Agriculture and animal sciences, Engineering, Environment, Health and medicine, Science and mathematics.
Degree Level
The University of Queensland Australia Science International Scholarships 2023 is available to undertake Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Graduate level programs at University of Queensland.
Scholarship Benefits
The University of Queensland will provide AUD $8,000 (one payment) to eligible international students.
Eligibility Criteria
You’re eligible if you're:
- an international student
- studying full-time
- commencing your first semester at UQ
- commencing a UQ Faculty of Science program (minimum one year duration). See the terms and conditions below for a full list of eligible programs.
And you
- have met the conditions of your offer by the scholarship’s closing date (you don’t need to accept your full offer by the scholarship application deadline)
- demonstrate strong academic performance in your previous studies.
