This course will give the opportunity to deepen the knowledge of International Business and Digital Law, studying topics such as Law of Smart Contracts, Online Commercial Arbitration and Mediation, Online Payment Transactions, E-commerce and International Sales of Goods.

Target group
Bocconi Summer School in Law offers a selective one-week study program open to undergraduate students, graduate students and recent graduates. A background in legal studies is not mandatory - pursue your areas of interest or try out something new!

Course aim
This course will delve into international and digital subjects in law, allowing students to acquire a legal perspective with a multidisciplinary approach.

Credits info
3 EC
Students earn 3 credit points* upon completing the course and passing the final exam (to be held online).

* in accordance with the ECTS - European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System - on average 1 credit point corresponds to 25 hours of work for student

Fee info
EUR 850: The Summer School participation fee includes the following:

  • academic program, incl. access to all materials via e-learning platform and course-related guest speakers
  • use of electronic library services and resources
  • online social activities
  • official certificate

EUR 680: Reduced Fee available for:

  • Bocconi LLM candidates (applicable to students who have submitted their application to the Bocconi LLM in Law of Internet Technology or LLM in European Business and Social Law)
  • Partner Universities students (applicable to candidates enrolled in Bocconi partner universities)
  • ELFA Universities students (applicable to candidates enrolled in universities in the European Law Faculties Association).
