Scholarships Programs for Chinese Students

The scholarships are based on academic merit and are a reduction in tuition fees. Students do not apply for the scholarship, once they apply for any of the above programmes they will be automatically considered for scholarship. Kemmy Business School Scholarships

  • International (Non-EU) merit-based scholarship worth €1,500 per year (available to all students)

Faculty of Science and Engineering Scholarships

  • International (Non-EU) merit-based scholarship worth €1,500 per year (available to all students)

Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Science Scholarships

  • International (Non-EU) merit-based scholarship worth €1,500 per year (available to all students)

Faculty of Education and Health Science Scholarships

  • The International Education Division is delighted to announce the EHS BSc in Nursing Scholarship for international (Non-EU) undergraduate students. This generous scholarship is worth €1,500 and is available to all students.

Faculty of Science and Engineering Scholarships

  • The International Education Division is delighted to announce the Faculty of Science and Engineering India Scholarship. This generous scholarship is worth either €2,000 or €4,000 depending on grades.

Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Science Scholarships

  • International (Non -EU) merit-based scholarship worth €2,000 per year (available to all students)
  • Faculty of Education and Health Science Scholarships
    • The International Education Division is delighted to announce the EHS MSc in Nursing Scholarship for international (Non-EU) postgraduate students. This generous scholarship is worth €3,000 and available to all students. 
    • International (Non -EU) merit-based scholarship worth €1,500 per year. This scholarship is only available for the following EHS programmes
    • MA in Psychology
    • MSc in Psychology
    • MSc in Psychology Science
    • MSc in Sports Performance 
    • MSc in Sports Exercise & Performance 

The China Scholarships Council

The China Scholarship Council (CSC) is a Chinese government agency which provides scholarships to students for doctoral studies abroad. In conjunction with the CSC, the University of Limerick will offer 25 doctoral scholarships and three visiting doctoral scholarships to students in receipt of a CSC Postgraduate Scholarship. Priority will be given to applicants from the University of Limerick’s partner institutions in China.
