PROGRAM

The Wine Business Summer Program is giving basic knowledge on French wine industry for students that want to acquire first reflexes about this topic: from the product side to the business side. The program can develop appetence for continuing their studies in this track and why not working into this exciting industry. This program will deal with natural wines that are wines of the future.
Each module contains a mix of lectures from both academics and professionals in the field.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

During two weeks, students will have the opportunity to study wine as part of the French business and as part of the French culture.

GRADES AND CREDITS

Students’ work is graded out of 20 points, the lowest passing grade is 10/20. Grades may be awarded for final examinations, individual and/or group papers and reports, and class participation. Most grades are a mix of several of these types of assessment.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The Wine Business Summer Program is open to students coming from all disciplines with a strong interest in entrepreneurship and innovation and a good command of English.

What you need to apply:

  • Copy of your passport
  • Transcripts in English/Spanish/French of your degrees from higher education level
  • Copy of your international insurance (for more information, please visit the Practical Information page)
  • A good command of English; English Proficiency test for non-native speakers: TOEFL 85, IELTS 5.5, TOEIC 800, BULATS 65 and Cambridge B2 First, Duolingo 105 or English letter attesting to the level of the student Native English speakers.
  • Native English speakers or candidates who have had two years of courses taught in English are exempt.
  • Recent CV/Resume

You may save your work until you are ready to submit the application portfolio.

PROCEED TO THE PAYMENT OF FEES

Pay the first installment (50% of the total fees) by bank transfer to complete your application to the program. You will receive an email with the admission response.

  • If you are accepted, you will receive your acceptance/visa letter
  • If you are not accepted, we will reimburse you the first installment
