MACHINE LEARNING: A NEW MASTER’S PROGRAM AT RAU
Russian-Armenian University (RAU) is pleased to announce the launch of a new Master's Program in Machine Learning in the 2017-2018 academic year.
Machine Learning is one of the highest in-demand areas of expertise in the 21st century, having brought to existence self-controlled cars, speech recognition system, efficient web searching, significantly improved understanding of the human genome and much more.
The program provides a thorough and up-to-date education in machine learning, data mining and statistical pattern recognition. 70% of the lecturers are specialists coming from the leading companies in the field. At present, RAU is the only university in Armenia where you can obtain a Master's Degree in Machine Learning.
The program duration is 2-year, full-time.
Entrance exam
- English language (test)
- Russian language (dictation)
- Specialization exam (the program is available here)
Basic modules of the program: Robotics; Computer Vision; Natural Language Processing; Intellectual Analysis of Data and many more.
Fee: 1.000.000 AMD
Free tuition is available.
Required documents
- Application form (issued at RAU Department of Master’s Studies)
- Copy of Diploma of higher education (bachelor / specialist / master)
- Copy of passport
- 6 identical photos (3x4)
- Document on military service (registration certificate or military ID, copy)
Documents are accepted until August 1, 2017 at RAU Department of Master’s Studies (123 Hovsep Emin str., office № 228, 2nd floor).
