- Build and develop relationships with local and international SMS carriers in the market;
- Handle day-to-day client communications and monitor revenue of the accounts;
- Ensure that client issues are dealt in an efficient manner, informing the appropriate department of any problems that may arise;
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that accounts are profitable;
- Understand the Company capabilities and service, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
- Sales and account management skills preferred in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships;
- Extremely detail-oriented personality;
- Motivated, goal-oriented, persistent and skilled negotiator;
- High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English languages;
- Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
