TITLE: Senior Project Manager

DURATION: 14 months
LOCATION: Armenia
SUMMARY: The Public Journalism Club is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its large-scale programs aimed at normalization of relations between Armenia and Turkey, as well as in the wider region. The goal of the programs is to contribute to the overall security, stability and cooperation in the South Caucasus and the wider region.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters Degree or equivalent in Management, Organizational Development or any other relevant discipline;

At least 3 years first-hand experience in project management, performance monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning;

Proven ability to draft, edit, and produce result focused reports;

Experience working with the Government, donor and civil society and international organizations

Excellent command of office software, strong computer skills;
-
Proficiency in Armenian and English, good command of Russian, knowledge of Turkish is a privilege.

Working Conditions

Senior Project Manager will usually work in an office environment but the purpose of the project may sometimes take him/her to non standard workplaces.

Project Managers work a standard work week but may be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet project milestones.
