DESCRIPTION
This course is dedicated to the detailed study of project management in all types of organizations: how project managers influence project outcomes relative to cost, time, quality, and deliverables by actively managing various elements and facets of the project life cycle, project customer perspectives, and project functions. The field of project management covers a wide range of project knowledge areas including: Scope, Integration, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk, Procurement and Stakeholders. We will explore the goals and details from the Project Management Institute's (PM1)®, perspective as contained in the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide)-Fifth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2013.
The trainer, Mr. Haroutioun Khatchadourian, is founder and senior associate with KNL & Partners, an IT management consulting company. His training expertise covers project management and organizational audits of information systems. He has worked with various multinational consulting and software companies, including: GS! (France), Cap Gemini (France), META Group (USA), R3D (Canada). He is a graduate of the Ecole Superieure d'Electricite (Paris) and holds a graduate diploma (MSc) from the University College of London. He holds the following certifications: ITIL Service Manager and e-SCM. Mr. Khatchadourian is PMP'. certified.
