Candidates selected for positions 1 and 2 will receive their fellowships directly from the University of Trento. Candidates for positions 3 and 4 can be admitted without a fellowship or will go an internal round of selection for fellowships awarded by the National Research Council.
Applications are accepted from applicants, regardless of gender, age and nationality, who hold Master’s degree obtained after December 31, 2012. Applications are also accepted from students expecting to obtain their Master degree by October 31, 2015, in this case admission will be "conditional".
The candidate must not have resided nor carried out his/her main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Italy for more than 12 months since December 31, 2013.
The candidate must have not been awarded a doctoral degree in Computer Science, neither in Italy nor abroad.
The selection is made by the Admissions Committee on the basis of evaluation of the applicant’s qualifications. The Admissions Committee may contact the applicant for an in-depth interview or a video-interview concerning the material submitted.
The Admissions Committee will have 100 points. Applicants obtaining a minimum score of 60/100 will be short-listed.
The Academic year starts January 1, 2016.
The assessment of qualification will start on October 28, 2015.
