Any student from China, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Russia, Vietnam, Malaysia or India who is classed as an overseas applicant applying for a full-time undergraduate course

The BU Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship for the most-promising undergraduate applicant is designed to reward academic excellence. To qualify, you need to demonstrate outstanding academic performance at high-school level, this assessment will be made by our international admissions team. You also need to be resident in China, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Russia, Vietnam, Malaysia or India.
As well as academic results, the strength of your personal statement will be taken into account when deciding whether to award this scholarship. If you’re awarded this scholarship, your first year’s tuition fees will be waived.
