Position: Receptionist
Contract type: FT (5 days/40 hours per week, maternity leave replacement)
Job Location: Yerevan, Armenia
Job Duties
- Greet visitors and ascertain name and other pertinent information,
- Find out the purpose of the visit and direct/escort visitors to specified destinations, as needed,
- Maintain log of all visitors including name, affiliation, date and time of visits,
- Possess full information on daily events and activities,
- Answer telephone(s), screen and forward calls,
- Respond to questions about department operations, as appropriate,
- Accurately take and deliver messages,
- Accept and sign for packages addressed to departments,
- Cooperate with the security guards in checking the ID cards and provide support with various issues,
- Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor(s).
Skills & Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree.
- Good knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages.
- Basic computer skills.
- Working experience of 1 year.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
