The “Anne E. (Betty) Atwater Scholarship Endowment for Undergraduate Education in the Department of Physiology” is awarded to eligible undergraduate Physiology or Pre-physiology students. Academic merit is the primary consideration with financial need as secondary.
Eligibility
- U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
- Enrolled full-time (minimum of 12 units per semester)
- Undergraduate student
- Major: Physiology or Pre-physiology
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50
- Completed a 2016-2017 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Completed a two-semester "Anatomy and Physiology" course sequence (e.g., PSIO 201 and 202 or equivalent) with grades of "C" or higher, as required for admission to the Physiology major.
How to Apply
Newly admitted and current UA students can apply to available scholarships they are matched to by logging in with their UA Net ID and Password and completing their profile.
