Hayk Vardanyan Memorial Scholarship for ICARE Students to Study at ISET, Tbilisi
The memorial scholarship was established in honor of ICARE alumnus Hayk Vardanyan, who lost his life in November 2020 during the war between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The scholarship will fully cover tuition of the master’s degree Program in Economics at the International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University (ISET), Tbilisi, Georgia for an ICARE student, as these two institutions were the home institutions of Hayk Vardanyan.
ISET offers a two-year MA Program in Economics. ISET’s curriculum mirrors world-class graduate economics programs of leading universities in the U.S. and Western Europe and is entirely taught in English by international professors. ISET faculty hold PhDs from some of the world’s top universities, such as Columbia University, the Hebrew University, and the University of Pennsylvania; in addition, regular visiting faculty come from renowned institutions from around the world. English is the only language of instruction and communication.
