The following scholarships are available for fee-paying international students who are applying for a Master's programme, commencing in the autumn 2015. Applications can be made by submitting the online application form.

Uppsala University IPK scholarships
Uppsala University's IPK scholarships are targeted to citizens of a country outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland. Applicants must demonstrate academic talent and show interest in belonging to an educational milieu. Scholarships will cover the cost of tuition, but not living expenses, for Master's programmes offered during the current admission round and commencing 29 August 2016. Students can only be awarded an IPK scholarship for their first priority programme at Uppsala University.
Anders Wall scholarship Foundation for Studies at Uppsala University
Scholarships from the Anders Wall Foundation are awarded to students belonging to The Peoples Republic of China for academic studies at undergraduate or graduate level. Applicants must demonstrate academic talent and show interest in belonging to an educational milieu. Scholarships will cover the cost of tuition, but not living expenses, for Master's programmes offered during the current admission round and commencing 29 August 2016. Students can only be awarded an Anders Wall scholarship for their first priority programme at Uppsala University.
Scholarship Foundation of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong for Studies at Uppsala University
Scholarships from the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong are awarded to students belonging to the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong for academic studies at undergraduate or graduate level. Applicants must demonstrate academic talent and show interest in belonging to an educational milieu. Scholarships will cover the cost of tuition, but not living expenses, for Master's programmes offered during the current admission round and commencing 29 August 2016. Students can only be awarded a Hong Kong scholarship for their first priority programme at Uppsala University.
The Scholarship Foundation of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in New York for Studies at Uppsala University
Scholarships from the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in New York are awarded to students who are American citizens for academic studies at undergraduate or graduate level. Applicants must demonstrate academic talent and show interest in belonging to an educational milieu. Scholarships will cover the cost of tuition, but not living expenses, for Master's programmes offered during the current admission round and commencing 29 August 2016. Students can only be awarded a New York scholarship for their first priority programme at Uppsala University.
Selection Process
Uppsala University’s scholarships for tuition liable students are merit-based and are awarded to academically talented students who show an interest in belonging to an educational milieu. Information about your academic performance is taken from the supporting documents you submit when applying to Master's studies. The written motivation in your online scholarship application is also taken into account. Financial need does not factor into the awarding.
The scholarship selection process will be undertaken in parallel with the Master's programme selection process. To gain entrance to the programme, and be awarded a scholarship, students must meet all general and specific entry requirements. The application fee and supporting documents must also be received before the deadline. Students who submit incomplete applications or do not apply in time will not be considered for scholarships at Uppsala University.
Scholarship notifications will be sent via e-mail before offers of admission to the Master's programmes are announced.
