Vice Chancellor's International Attainment Scholarship
The Vice Chancellor's International Attainment Scholarship is intended to reward high-achieving non-EU international students starting at the University of Liverpool in 2017.
About the award
All new international students starting full-time non-clinical undergraduate programmes in September 2017 who achieve AAB in their A levels or equivalent qualification or 35 points in the International Baccalaureate will receive a £2,000 fee reduction for their first year of study.
New international students on non-clinical programmes achieving AAA+ in UK A level exams or 36 points and above in the International Baccalaureate will receive a £2,500 fee reduction for their first year of study.
The Scholarship will be deducted from tuition fees and will only be available for the first year of study.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this award you must:
- be liable to pay full tuition fees at the overseas rate
- be starting a new non-clinical undergraduate programme in academic year 2017/18
- achieve AAB grades in A levels or equivalent qualification or 35 points in the International Baccalaureate / AAA+ in A levels or equivalent qualification or 36 points.
Students will be assessed on the qualifications used to gain entry into the University only.
Sponsored Students (when fees are paid by a government, commercial organisation or other body on behalf of the student) are not eligible for this scholarship.
Exceptions
Students undertaking clinical programmes are not eligible for a Vice Chancellor's International Attainment Scholarship.
