University of East Anglia is inviting applications for international postgraduate taught scholarships. Scholarships are available for pursuing postgraduate taught degree level at University of East Anglia. Eligibility:
-The scholarship applies to overseas fee payers. If the fee status changes during their course from Overseas to Home/EU Fees the scholarship shall be discontinued.
-The scholarship awarded will be exclusive and students cannot be awarded it in conjunction with another UEA award. Where applicants are offered a scholarship, and already hold another UEA award, the scholarship worth the greater financial sum will be awarded only.
Scholarship Open for International Students: International (non-EU) Students can apply for these scholarships.
Scholarship Description: UEA pleased to offer a large range of scholarships to self-funded students wishing to pursue postgraduate masters courses at UEA. These scholarships are for students who are classified as overseas (non-EU) for fees purposes. The scheme consists of 50 prizes: 25 awards of 50% of the tuition fee or 25 awards of 25% of the tuition fee. The award shall be made as a tuition fee scholarship by means of a fee discount. The length of the award is specified in your scholarship notification email.

What does it cover?

Selection criteria: The selection criteria for the scholarships will be based on an applicant’s achievements, academic credentials and professional track record.
Notification: Applicants who are awarded a scholarship will be notified within 4-6 weeks of submitting their course application. Please note that those who have already applied for a masters course will also be considered.
How to Apply: There is no separate application form. To be considered for a scholarship you will need to have fully submitted your application for a place on a postgraduate masters programme by 31 May 2015. However, the earlier you submit your application the more chance you have of being awarded a scholarship as scholarships are awarded monthly. Furthermore our courses are filling up fast so making an early application also increases your chances of gaining a place on the course of study.
