Applications open for Skype's Foreign Studies' Master's Scholarship until July 16th
Skype and Information Technology Foundation for Education (HITSA) launch the competition for foreign studies Master’s scholarship for 2017.
The Skype foreign studies Master’s scholarship competition is announced for the 12th time and is designed to support the Master’s studies of one individual outside of Estonia in the sciences (preferably related to information and communications technology) or interdisciplinary studies on condition that one level of higher education is completed in the sciences. The aims of the Scholarship are to promote the transfer of knowledge between the sciences and the humanities and the popularization of ICT specialities and to boost the availability of Master’s studies abroad for Master’s students from Estonia.
Selection of recipients will take place in two rounds. In the first round, six applicants will be selected to continue to the interview round (second round). During the interview round the one successful applicant will be chosen, who will then be expected to provide confirmation of having been accepted by their preferred educational institution.
