Certification Exam Prep Course

Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CCBA)® are internationally recognized standard certifications for both aspiring and acting Business Analysts from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). This course covers the Guide to Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK®) in detail, including the 6 Business Analysis Knowledge Areas, the 4 Perspectives of business Analysis, the 6 Competencies and the 50 Techniques used in Business Analysis.  Participants will gain the necessary skills and mindset for preparation for the exams through interactive lectures and practice of more than a thousand sample exam questions.

After completion of the course, the students should be prepared to take either the ECBA or the CCBA exams, depending on their professional experience in business analysis and certification preference (For details, visit: https://www.iiba.org/certification-handbook/intro-cert-framework-intro.htm). The certifications are available at Prometric Test Center operated by AUA.
