Joint Master Program with SPbSPU National Research University (Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnic Research University)

Since 2015 RAU and SpbSPU are implementing the joint Master programs with double diploma in the following areas:

• Microelectronics and Nanoelectronics,
• Systems and transmission device, reception and processing of signals,
• Secure telecommunications systems, • Systems and radio and communication devices,
• Materials and technologies for medicine and biotechnology.

Programmes are elaborated and implemented within the “RAU Development Programme” which is sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (www.program.rau.am).

SPbSPU is one of the oldest Russian state higher education institutions. The university is a leader in the field of higher education recognized both in Russia and worldwide. SPbSPU has the status of national research university. The University is included in the top five best technical universities in Russia, and in 2013 was ranked among the best universities according to QS Quacquareli Symonds World (QS). For all the programs the study period is 2 years. 1^st year of studies takes place at RAU, 2^nd year of studies is conducted at SPbSPU. Upon the completion of studies, graduates receive two state diplomas - diploma of RAU and diploma of SPbSPU.

STUDY CONDITIONS

Admission to the joint master's program takes place on the basis of an academic interview and on the Russian language. Admission is carried out by the joint RAU-SpbSPU Commission.

The program is full-time.

The tuition fee is 400 000 AMD per year.

Scholarships are available

After the first year, RAU covers the travel costs of students to SpbSPU, while SpbSPU provides them the dormitory.
