Researcher position in pharmacometrics

Research position in the Pharmacometrics Research Group at the Department of Pharmaceutical Biosciences, Uppsala University.
Work duties
The research focuses on the antibiotic and anti-tuberculosis area aiming at developing models that better forecast the clinical effect based on early preclinical information.
The duties include (but not restricted) to:
- Perform pharmacometric analyses based on preclinical and clinical data to describe dose-concentration-effect-relationships within the anti-tuberculosis area.
- Contribute to the design and conduct of preclinical studies to establish pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics properties of the studied antibiotics.
- Report within the project in terms of written reports/publication and oral presentations.
Qualification requirements
To be eligibility for a position as a researcher applicant must hold a PhD or equivalent.
Doctorate in pharmaceutical, medical, engineering science or statistical research area. Experience of evaluating pharmacokinetic or pharmacodynamic data.
Experience of pharmacometric analysis with for example NONMEM.
