Preparation for your Masters degree
The Pre-Masters Business is a two-term programme of academic subjects, study skills and English language training which is specifically designed for international students. The course will prepare you for studying a Masters at Leeds Beckett University.
Why study a Pre-Masters Business?
If you do not meet the direct entry requirements for a Masters degree or you simply want to refresh your knowledge, the Pre-Masters Business course is for you. This course will prepare you for challenges of degree study and introduce you to core business principles and practices. Once you complete the programme and achieve the required grades, you can enter your chosen postgraduate degree at the University.
Teaching and assessment
You will be taught in small classes by experienced and supportive academics who are experts in university preparation. Your progress will be monitored throughout the course to ensure you are on track with your studies.
English Language Preparation
If you require additional language training before you start your course, you can join our English Language Preparation programme, taught at the International Study Centre.

* The English language entry requirements stated are for information regarding entry to the course. If you require a UK visa to study, depending on the type of visa you need, the English language requirements and valid English tests to satisfy the UK visa criteria may differ.
If you are applying to study in the UK under the Tier 4 student route it may be necessary for you to submit a Secure English Language Test (SELT) as part of your visa application.
