Job - Web  Development Engineer, Globbing LLC

We are looking for a responsible, highly skilled and technically sound Web Development Engineer who specializes in front-end & back-end technology and wants to work on various challenging business apps and websites which powers client businesses worldwide. We need leaders who are passionate, talented, and super-smart Web Developers with the scars and battle-tested wisdom.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Oversee and Manage engineering and development process

• Developer and prepare necessary technical and design documentation

• Write “clean”, well designed code

• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality

• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

• Follow industry best practices

• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary

• Knowledge of English language is a plus

• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenge

Job requirements

• Knowledge of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

• Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming

• Understanding of MVC design patterns

• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas

• Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc)

• Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services

• Strong Knowledge of MySQL

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

• Experience working in an Agile development team

• Knowledge of Python

• Experience in integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

• At least 5+ years of web development experience.
