Talent Sourcer
CodeFights is hiring recruiters/sourcers in Armenia to help us scale our team. Previous experience is not required so apply, share and refer your friends. If we hire someone through your referral and they stay for at least 3 months, we will give you $400 cash as a thank you for referring them to us (make sure your referrals tell us who you are during the application process so that we can find and pay you later).
Responsibilities
- Work with our internal recruiting team to hire amazing team members for our offices in San Francisco, Yerevan and Saint Petersburg.
- Collaborate with the team to clearly understand job requirements and what type of people we are looking for.
