Job Responsibilities
- Build analytics platform and management tool;
- Building applications that will efficiently operate with huge amounts of data;
- Design software components using modern approaches like micro services;
- Write unit and integration tests;
- Perform regular reviews, improve existing functionality;
Required Qualifications
- Strong Java skills and OOD/OOP experience, knowledge of core libraries and common design patterns;
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience with various Java technologies and frameworks;
- Experience working with Spring Framework;
- Experience with javascript and NodeJS in particular;
- Good practical knowledge of RDBMS solutions (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL);
- Experience with and good understanding of open service oriented architectures (REST, HTTP);
- Experience in designing high performance, high availability systems;
- University degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.);
- Strong communication skills and capability of successful collaboration with cross- functional teams;
Nice to have
- Experience with Hadoop related technologies (HDFS, HBase, Spark);
- Experience with Scala programming language;
- Experience with Apache Kafka;
- Experience with AngularJS Framework;
- Ability to work with JavaScript/CSS/HTML;
