Job description: |
Sell services and products, analyze the need of customers and provide them with basic information and consultation. |
Job responsibilities
- Provide basic information and necessary consultation for customers;
- Demonstrate Company’s products and services;
- Analyze customer’s needs;
- Sell Company’s services and products according to sales procedures;
- Proceed with activation of new-signed contracts in the billing system, sales and payments registration in a billing system and issue of corresponding documents;
- Provide basic information and professional consultation about Company’s offers and products to customers;
- Provide information and professional consultation on Company’s services and products to existing customers and prospects;
- Perform contracts’ modifications according to customers’ requests in compliance with established procedures.
Required qualification
- Perfectly bilingual Armenian/Russian, knowledge of English (intermediate level) is a must;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, E-mail, Internet);
- Experience in 1C or other retail operational software is a plus;
- Bachelor of University;
- Preferably experience as a sales person;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Availability for daily shift work;
- Excellent negotiations, presentation and sales skills.
