JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Tumo Center for Creative Technologies is looking for a creative, motivated and dynamic designer who will be responsible for the creative design and ideas of Tumo’s events at the Center and outside of it.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor all the events happening in town and filter the ones that Tumo should be a part
- Create liaisons with different galleries, festivals for cooperative events and projects
- Act as the designer/curator of the exhibitions, special events happening at Tumo and outside
- Act as the designer of special events decorations and setup in Yerevan and Regions branches of Tumo
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree from a leading institution of higher education in design, curatorship
- At least two years’ work experience in setup design, exhibitions curatorship
- Organizational skills and creativity in problem solving
- Experience in the field of education or experience in working with kids is a plus
- Ability to work well both independently and as the team member of a large workforce
- Ability to regularly insure high work productivity
- Flexibility with scheduled hours
- Excellent communication skills, including written communication, interpersonal skills and public presentation skills in Armenian, and English
