Job Description
BetConstruct is looking for an Online Casino Operative who will be responsible for assisting the Casino Manager. The candidate will establish and maintain operational documents, communicate between different departments, handle emails and assist in the general organization of the Casino department.
Job Responsibilities
-Create and update procedures for new and established tasks as necessary
-Manage and fulfill B2B customer requests (sending promotional items, graphic assets, product information etc.)
-Provide daily support for marketing projects, campaigns or ad hoc assignments and ensure all agreed deadlines are met
-Liaise with partner companies to ensure that all legal requirements are adhered to
-Support the Casino Manager in all marketing efforts and work closely with other departments on product launches, campaigns and special projects
-Create and monitor tasks assigned to other departments and ensure that they are delivered on time and to specification
Required Qualifications
-Business fluency in English and Armenian is required
-Knowledge of Russian and/or other languages would be an asset
-Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
-Experience in iGaming industry is a plus
-Excellent listening and communication skills
-Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
-Strong interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people within a thriving high-tech company
