BetConstruct is seeking a vibrant Marketing Media Buyer to join our B2C Marketing team.
Job Responsibilities
-Locate, initiate contact and negotiate offers with potential publishers for CPC and CPM
-Monitor, control and optimize ongoing campaigns with a focus on CPA and ROI, including in depth data analysis and optimization
-Work on different projects and come up with new ideas for promotions and marketing materials
-Analyse and optimize campaign performance on daily basis
-Report campaigns weekly & monthly to management group
Required Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in the field
-Fluent writing and speaking skills in Russian
-Knowledge of English is a plus
-3 years’ experience in media buying through bidding networks
-Strong negotiation, analytical and online searching skills
-Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
-Talent and skills in generating positive ROI (CPA optimization)
-Deep knowledge of KPI's and e-commerce statistics
-International media buying experience in CIS countries is highly preferable
