TITLE: Head of customer attraction and sales division

LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia
JOB DESCRIPTION: The head of customer attraction and sales division organizes the customer attraction policy process in accordance with the development and sales objectives of the Bank.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the sales strategy, organize the sales process,
- Supervise the Contact center activities,
- Control the process of the Customer Relation Management processes via CRM database,
- Set sales targets for the Sales teams; control the implementation of the action plans,
- Participate in the process of the banking product development and the sales policy,
- Establish the sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales plans projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Cooperate with the divisions to achieve the sales goals,
- Provide feedback, train and coach the sales teams,
- Periodically conduct market researches and competitors’ analysis.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher education in the fields of Economics or Finance;
- At least 5 year of work experience at the bank in the managerial positions;
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines,
- Leadership skills, creative thinking;
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- High sense of responsibility, strong work ethic;
- Knowledge of MS Office, Skype, Viber, WhatsApp;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Highly competitive
