Job Responsibilities
-Maintain game security and vigilance to note cheats and comply with security
-Ensure the customer enjoys the gaming experience by being polite and attentive to players’ needs
-Attend professional training programs provided by the company
-Deal and comment with the customers on the services the company offers such as Bet-On-Poker, Black Jack, Baccarat, Roulette, etc.
Required Qualifications
-Ability to deal at casino game tables
-Excellent English written and oral communication skills
-Proficiency in using computer
-Flexibility and analytical thinking
-Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the casino industry is a plus
-Must be flexible to work with varying shifts and time schedules (10:00-18:00, 18:00-02:00, 02:00-10.00)
