Customer Service and Exams Assistant

To provide professional integrated customer service across the all the British Council sectors and in line with the Customer Service Excellence standards.

Assist the English and Exams teams with the sales and delivery of the British Council Armenia examinations and preparation courses in line with the Quality and Compliance Assessment (QCA)/exams bodies required standards.

LOCATION   Yerevan, Armenia

SALARY  starting from 300,000 AMD (GROSS)

DURATION   1 year contract (with the possibility for extension)

WORKING HOURS   10.00 -18.00

ANNUAL LEAVE   24 days

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Administrative and Customer Services Assistant is expected to provide high quality customer services both to internal and external customers and to be the first point of contact for all level enquiries. The post holder will play a vital role in maintaining customer relations and promoting the British Council’s activities and products. Please note:

Fluent written and spoken English (B2 level and higher) should be supported by Aptis or an internationally recognized English test (IELTS or similar). 

If the candidate meets all the essential requirements but doesn't have an English language certificate, an Aptis test will be carried out free of charge for such candidates after shortlisting. It should be noted, however, that certificates will not be granted in such cases. The results of the test will be used for the internal selection purposes only.
