Job summary

Globbing LLC is looking for a Customer consultant who will help us continue to improve our customer experience processes. The role is to be the voice of Customer obsession, so we need a cool-headed person able to make quick, yet well-thought-through decisions. Customer consultant will take ownership of all customer inquiries from the initial contact through to resolution, handling diverse complaints, troubleshooting problems or providing with required information. The successful candidates are expected to build strong, engaging relationships with customers and check satisfaction with services and products. 

Main duties and responsibilities

• Represent Globbing brand and deliver the best possible support experience to customers
• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, skype, email, telephone, providing them with product and service information, managing and resolving customer complaints
• Update job knowledge, research and study new product or service descriptions. Participate in educational opportunities
• Connect customers through a range of channels to check satisfaction and obtain feedback on the service/product received
• Document all call information according to the required operating procedures 

Job requirements

• Significant phone, e-mail, and chat communication skills
• Eagerness to meet customer expectations and inquiries
• Absolute passion for ensuring a world-class customer experience with every contact
• At least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Call Center environment
• Customer focus, attention to details, multi-tasking
• Time management skills
• Day and night shifts
• Adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment and receptive to feedbacks
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent in English and Armenian, knowledge of European languages will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft office package
• Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
