Main duties and responsibilities
- Identify customer needs
- Answer customer queries
- Introduce services provided by the company
- Assist customers to create virtual accounts with the company
- Assist customers to search/ find goods and products and make online purchases
- Give customers advice and guidance on goods and products selection
- Explain features, advantages and benefits of the services offered by the company
- Accept cash and credit card payments made by customers
- Conduct customer attraction activities
- Conduct cross sales activities by offering alternative and supplementing products to customers based on customer needs
- Maintain neat and tidy office environment
- Submit customer purchase orders to purchasing agents
- Assist customers to pick up their received orders
- Assist in stock control and management
- Deal with customer complaints according to Company’s Customer Complaint Procedure
- Be dressed and maintain personal appearance according to Company’s Dress code

- Knowledge of Internet Search Engines
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of related experience
- Fluent in English and Armenian
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
