Job Description
BetConstruct is looking for a Call Center Agent with profound knowledge of Persian, Armenian and English languages to join our Customer Service team.
Job Responsibilities
-Deliver customer service either through chat or by telephone
-Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments
-Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments, requests to customers
-Translate database information about registered bets
Job Requirements
-Excellent knowledge of Russian, Armenian and English languages
-Excellent communication and listening skills
-Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
-Ability to work as a part of a team and cooperate with colleagues
-Ability to provide customer service
-Be patient and understanding
-Experience in the field is a plus
