Call Center Agent –English and Russian Languages (Mixed shifts)
BetConstruct is seeking an active and communicative Call Center Agent with profound knowledge of English and Russian languages to join our Customer Service team.
This is a full time position with mixed shift working schedule, which includes 5 shifts per week with morning (09:00-18:00) and evening (18:00-02:00) shifts.
- Deliver customer service through onlineand phone support
- Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and requests
- Translate database information about registered bets
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Customer serviceskills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Ability to be patient and understanding
- Experience in the field is a plus
