Job - Analytical Report Writer/Qualitative Research Consultant, CRRC Armenia

CRRC is seeking a short term consultant with a strong background in social science research, data analysis and analytical report writing skills for the research project conducted under the Promoting Transparency and Accountability through Advanced Civil Society Participation program, commissioned by the Transparency International Anticorruption Center. 
The research aims to identify the needs of civil society organizations (CSO) with a specific focus on advocacy and participatory monitoring and to assess their potential to inform the activities under the TIAC program. The research consists of both qualitative and quantitative components. 

Responsibilities and Duties

The Consultant will be required to work closely with CRRC-Armenia research team to:

·         Develop qualitative guides for different target groups of the research;

·         Analyze qualitative and quantitative data collected within the project;

·         Develop an analytical report based on the research findings.

Qualification Requirements

·         A minimum of 5 years of relevant research experience;

·         Advanced skills and experience of working with quantitative and qualitative data analysis software (SPSS/Stata and NVivo);

·         Proven record of analytical report writing skills;

·         Knowledge of the CSO environment in Armenia with a focus on advocacy CSOs;

·         Excellent writing skills in Armenian and English;

·         Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
