Job Description

Ginosi Apartels is looking for a proactive and energetic individual to fill the position of Acquisitions Associate. We are expanding rapidly and globally, so you will take on the challenge of finding buildings in cities globally. The Acquisitions Team is the pipeline that spearheads Ginosi's growth by adding new buildings and new locations.

This position is well suited for a persuasive and relentless individual who has the ability to work with different types of people and achieve results and success while often doing it remotely. The ability to analyze a proposition’s value accurately and thoroughly and negotiate advantageous terms while "talking on your feet" is a must. This position requires to work  mostly evening shifts from 16:00 to 01:00.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting real estate market research
  • Working closely with the commercial team to acquire profitable products
  • Keeping stable and friendly relationships with real estate partners
  • Ability to allay fears of building management and local communities and maintain relationship after incidents of guest misconduct
  • Research prospective partners through various sources i.e. search engine fluency and website analysis, referrals, yellow pages, directories, etc.
  • Maintain business relationships with existing and prospective partners
  • Consistently follow up with partners to ensure decision-makers have adequate information
  • Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current partners
  • Research and study legal documentation and local legislation
  • Research, analyze, and fully grasp relevant rules, regulations and policies
  • Research partners in depth for any ongoing court cases and/or outstanding legal issues
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required

Requirements

  • Advanced Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Great face-to-face and over the phone communication skills
  • Strong relationship building and management skills
  • Quick and accurate personality with an eye for detail
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills
  • Strong presentable personality
  • Out of the box thinking
  • Ability to work independently and grasp new skills with minimal direction
  • Strong team-playing and collaboration skills
  • Experience in market research and/or sales is a plus
