Griffith Sciences Excellence Scholarships
For: High-achieving students applying for a Griffith Sciences undergraduate degree program at Griffith University.
Available to: New future students.
Level of study: Undergraduate.
Citizenship: Citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand.
Award value and benefits: $7,000 in total. (Two tuition payments of $3,500 each.)
Duration: 2 Trimesters.
Programs of study: Griffith Sciences Bachelor degree programs (excludes online, non-award, offshore delivered programs and where students are given advanced standing or credit for previous studies).

Applications close:
- Trimester 1 2017 - Applications close Friday, 28 October 2016 (for 27 February 2017 commencement). Outcome notified by end of November.
- Trimester 2 2017 - Applications close Friday, 3 March 2017 (for 3 July commencement). Outcome notified by end of March.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
* have a minimum GPA in high school studies. Please refer to Minimum academic criteria to apply (PDF 342k).
* be in receipt of a conditional or unconditional offer from the University, for entry into a Griffith Sciences degree program by the scholarship closing dates.
* have satisfied appropriate entry requirements for the proposed degree program, including results of previous study and English language proficiency as per Griffith Universitys and the Griffith Scierce's entry requirements.
* be a commencing (not existing) student at Griffith University.
* be enrolling as a full-time student in an undergraduate degree at Griffith University.
The scholarship is for tuition fees 011y and two payments of $3,500 will be made towards each recipient's tuition fees at the start of the first two trimesters of the program totalling $7,000.
