Four scholarships are available for postgraduate Masters study in any subject within the College of Humanities and Social Sciences for the 2016-2017 academic session.

Each scholarship will have a value of £2,500 and will be tenable for one academic year.

Eligibility

The scholarships will be awarded to students who are accepted for admission on a full-time basis for a postgraduate Masters programme of study within the College of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Applicants should already have been offered a place at the University of Edinburgh and should have firmly accepted that offer or be intending to do so.

Criteria

The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit. Candidates must have, or expect to obtain a 2:1 Honours degree at undergraduate level or the international equivalent.

Applying

To apply for a scholarship you must first apply for admission for an eligible programme of study at the University of Edinburgh.

All applications must be submitted no later than 2nd May 2016.

Please note you will not be able to access the online application form unless you have applied for admission to the University of Edinburgh and have full EASE authentication.

- Any additional information that you believe would assist us in evaluating your application;

- Details of any other scholarships or awards you hold or have held.
