CALL FOR PROPOSALS – Current Tax Administration situation analysis and Development of draft strategy for Tax Administration
The GIZ PFM programme seeks to contract a local company to carry out analysis of the current Tax Administration situation and to develop a draft strategy for Tax Administration reforms with the goal to provide a proposal in collaboration with the State Revenue Committee for a comprehensive Strategy with Action Plan for the Tax Administration reforms for the coming five years.
The Regional Program “Public Financial Management in the South Caucasus” is a part of the Caucasus Initiative. The objective of the program is “Subsystems of public finances in Georgia and Armenia approach European and international standards in the fields of results orientation, efficiency and accountability.”

Selection process – is competitive and will be done based on the submitted financial and technical offers. The technical offers will be evaluated according to the attached evaluation scheme. For other details please see Call for Proposals document.
