South Korean Hankuk University of Foreign Studies announces a special full-degree bachelor programme for 2nd, 3rd year Bachelor students studying International Relations (only for Russian citizens).
Students who are going to study abroad under this programme will be transfered from RAU to Hankuk University.
The programme called "International Diplomatic Scholarship (IDS)" starts in Spring 2017.

Scholarship provides coverage of tuition and application fees.
In order to apply students need to fill the application form and send it to the Embassy of South Korea in Moscow (56 Plyushchikha Street, 119121 Moscow, Russia) and to rembskorea@mid.ru before November 29 (make sure your mail will be received by the Embassy before this date).
