Additional English language training
If you do not meet the English language requirements to study one of our academic courses, you can improve your level of English by studying the English Language Preparation programme.
English Language Preparation (ELP)
Taught at the Leeds ISC, the ELP is a one or two-term course that is taken before you start your academic studies. It will boost your English language skills to the necessary IELTS level for your course.
Once you complete the ELP course you will progress to your academic course at the ISC (providing you have achieved the required grades).

Please note: the entry requirements outlined above are for students who intend to go on to study a degree at the Leeds Beckett University after completing their ISC programme.
