University of East Anglia (UEA) is awarding Economics scholarships for UK/EU students who are intending to pursue an academic career. Three types of scholarships will be awarded: Experimental Economics Scholarships equal to full UK/EU fees to students taking the MSc Experimental Economics, Industrial Economics Scholarships cove full fees to students taking the MSc Industrial Economics and School Focus Scholarships cover 50% of applicants fees for UK/EU students.
Scholarships are awarded for following programmes: MSc Experimental Economics (Experimental Economics Scholarships), MSc Industrial Economics (Industrial Economics Scholarships) and MSc Economics MSc Experimental Economics MSc Industrial Economics (School Focus Scholarships).
-UK/EU or international students can apply for Experimental Economics and Industrial Economics Scholarships and only UK and EU students are eligible for School Focus Scholarships.
-Any applicant who has received an offer by 28 April 2015, will be considered for these scholarships. No separate application is necessary.
Scholarships are available for Home/EU and International postgraduate applicants to courses in the School of Economics. Three types of scholarships will be available:
-Experimental Economics Scholarships (full fees): In recognition of the School’s research excellence in and commitment to Experimental Economics, they offer two scholarships equal to full UK/EU fees (£6, 000) to students taking the MSc Experimental Economics. They especially welcome applications from those intending to pursue an academic career.
-Industrial Economics Scholarships (full fees): In recognition of the Centre for Competition Policy and the School’s commitment to Industrial Economics, they offer two scholarships equal to full UK/EU fees (£6,000) to students taking the MSc Industrial Economics. They especially welcome applications from those intending to pursue an academic career.
-School Focus Scholarships (up to 50% fees): For the six most promising candidates, this will cover 50% of applicants fees, and all other candidates will be considered for a £1000 scholarship. These scholarships cannot be cumulated with any other UEA or ESRC scholarships. They are available to UK and EU students.
Two Industrial Economics, two Experimental Economics and six School Focus Scholarships will be awarded.
Industrial Economics and Experimental Economics scholarships will cover full UK/EU fees (£6,000) and School Focus Scholarship will cover 50% of fees for six promising candidates and all other candidates will be considered for a £1000 scholarship.
Any applicant (whether UK/EU or international) who has received an offer by 28 April 2015, will be considered for these scholarships. No separate application is necessary.
