ABOUT COMPANY:
Dexatel provides telecommunication services internationally since 2005. It mobiles operators to provide roaming and SMS services to their subscribers. The Company serves world leading operators like Vodafone, MTN, T-mobile, Ucom and others.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing technical support to business customers;
- Responsible for monitoring customers' activities;
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications;
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments;
- Handle day-to-day internal tasks inside the Company.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent;
- Technical background is preferred;
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and software;
- Analytical, communication and customer service skills;
- Written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian languages.
