CALL FOR PROPOSALS _ elaboration of Risk Based Planning Methodology
The “Public Financial Management in the South Caucasus” programme of GIZ invites highly qualified professionals to participate in the announced call for proposals with the aim to provide Assistance to the Central Harmonization Unit of the Armenian Ministry of Finance in elaboration of methodology and relevant regulations (legal acts) on Risk assessment and risk-based planning methodology for public sector Internal Audit.
The objective of the assignment is to support the Ministry of Finance in development of methodology and relevant regulations (legal acts) on Risk Assessment and Risk-based planning for Internal Audit in public sector. Please see the Terms of Reference for the details.
Selection process – is competitive and will be done based on the submitted financial and technical offers. After the technical evaluation, only the price offers of bids with more than 500 points will be opened and evaluated. Technical offers below 500 points will be considered as technical not acceptable. The technical offer has a weighting of T: 70%, the price offer F: 30%.
