CALL FOR INTEREST _ development of animation clips
The “Public Financial Management in the South Caucasus” programme of GIZ invites highly qualified and professional companies to participate in the announced call for proposals for development of animation clips.
The objective of the assignment will be assistance to the Ministry of Finance of RA in development and broadcasting of animation clips on new system and electronic tools of Public Procurements in Armenia and ways of business and public participation in it. All animation clips will be developed in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
What is expected - The Consulting Company will provide 2 reports, which will incorporate detailed information on following activities and deliverables, of which:
- First report will contain the preliminary philosophy and logic of each animation.
- Second (final) report will incorporate both administrative part with precisely indicating actual working days spent and activities performed during the whole period of assignment, as well as all deliverables developed – all animation clips.
Selection process – is competitive and will be done based on the submitted financial and technical offers. After the technical evaluation, only the price offers of bids with more than 500 points will be opened and evaluated. Technical offers below 500 points will be considered as technical not acceptable. The technical offer has a weighting of T: 70%, the price offer F: 30%.
