US Graduate Fellowship
AGBU offers scholarships to graduate students of Armenian descent. Applicants must be enrolled in full-time graduate degree programs at highly selective colleges and universities in the United States with a GPA of 3.5 and above, as measured by the American grading system. Grants of up to $7500 USD are awarded annually, and are available for a maximum of three (3) years of graduate/professional study or Ph.D. study.
Students pursuing study in the performing arts or religious studies at institutions in the US are not eligible for this scholarship; these students should apply for an AGBU Performing Arts Fellowship or AGBU Religious Studies Fellowship, respectively.
Performing Arts Fellowship (study in all countries except UK)
AGBU offers scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students of Armenian descent worldwide (excluding citizens of Armenia studying in Armenia) who are pursuing studies in the field of performing arts (music, drama, and film). Applicants must be enrolled in full-time degree programs at highly selective conservatories or colleges/universities worldwide (except the UK; please see below for more information) and have a GPA of 3.5 and above as measured by the American grading system scale. Grants of up to $7,500 USD are awarded annually, and are available for a maximum of three (3) years toward conservatory/college/university education expenses.
Performing Arts students pursuing study in the UK are not eligible for this scholarship; these students should apply for an AGBU Performing Arts Fellowship (study in the UK).
Performing Arts Fellowship (study in UK)
AGBU offers scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students of Armenian descent worldwide (excluding citizens of Armenia studying in Armenia) who are pursuing studies in the field of performing arts (music, drama, and film). Applicants must be enrolled in full-time degree programs at highly selective conservatories or colleges/universities in the United Kingdom and have a GPA of 3.5 and above as measured by the American grading system scale. Grants of up to £3,000 GBP are awarded annually, and are available for a maximum of three (3) years toward conservatory/college/university education expenses.
Performing Arts students pursuing study outside of the UK are not eligible for this scholarship; these students should apply for an AGBU Performing Arts Fellowship (study in all countries except the UK).
Religious Studies Fellowship
AGBU offers scholarships to graduate students of Armenian descent worldwide (excluding citizens of Armenia studying in Armenia) who are pursuing religious studies (theology, youth ministry). Applicants must be enrolled in full-time degree programs at seminaries or highly selective colleges/universities worldwide with a GPA of 3.0 and above as measured by the American grading system scale. Grants of up to $5,000 USD are awarded annually, and are available for a maximum of three (3) years toward seminary/college/university education expenses.
