The GIZ Armenia is announcing a tender for 2 Units of FUJITSU Image Scanner fi-8170 for digital voucher filing in accounting.
Technical description of the product and the quantity are presented below. Please bid only on branded (manufacturer assembled) devices. The offered brands in Armenia must have an official service center, an officially licensed service specialist. Relevant documents confirming these two conditions need to be provided.
Warranty term: to be indicated by the Supplier and be included in proposal package
Delivery must be done within 60 working days after the contract conclusion.
Submission deadline
If you are interested in performing this work, please submit a bid in accordance with the GIZ bidding conditions described below till 19.04.2021, 17:00AMT (date of receipt at GIZ). Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Your bid may be submitted (A) electronically or (B) as hardcopy.
A – Electronical offer

Your email should be sent only to AM_quotation@giz.de, in case of “to” or “Cc” of other recipients (of GIZ Armenia) your proposal package may not be considered.
All documents must be submitted in PDF format. Please do not put any other recipient in copy.

The envelope containing your proposal must be sealed and be labelled as follows:

Proposal Package
The proposal package can be submitted in AMD/EUR/USD. The payment will be done in local currency.
According to the RA government decree Nr. 1091-Ն of 13.07.2006, GIZ is exempted from VAT and custom duties. In case of import, customs duty may be about 10% that is also exempted. These privileges should be considered in the submitted offers.
